House Details

Please note we require a 4 night minimum for weekends (1 night minimum stay is fine for weekdays) unless there is a last minute vacancy. We have one week minimums, Saturday - Saturday, June 18 through August 6. Thanksgiving is also a one week minimum.

Situated just 1 property from the calm water and sand of Mission Bay,  this house offers 4 bedrooms, a 2 car garage, BBQ, and outdoor seating. The highly desirable North Mission Beach location provides easy access to the ocean, bay, freeways, and a wide variety of shops and restaurants all within a short walk.

Located in North Mission Beach, our home is surrounded by water, with the bay one property east, and the ocean one block west. This listing is for the first floor of a three story triplex. 

This home is not your typical rental with bare walls and stiff sheets; it welcomes its visitors with all the luxuries and amenities of vacationing within their own home. The home includes four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There are two flat screen televisions with cable and Internet as well as DVR recorder so you won't miss your favorite shows while enjoying all that Mission Beach has to offer. There is sleeping for 11 people comfortably in the four bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The patio has a peekaboo view of the water, grill and outdoor dining area for a mid-day lunch or a summer evening BBQ.

North Mission Bay offers a beautiful white sand beach ideal for families with young children. The Mission Bay Aquatic Center is 100 yards away, and has a playground, large grassy area, basketball court, and rentals (paddleboards, kayaks, jetskis, sailboats, water skiing, etc)

On the ocean side, Mission Beach offers aspiring surfers and boogie boarders with a good beach break under the watchful eyes of the lifeguards at the Mission Beach Lifeguard station.  Beach-side and Bay-side walk ways offer miles of jogging, biking, walking, or skating pleasure.

Parking at the beach is a rarity and this home comes with a 2 car garage.

We are right next to the famous Catamaran Hotel. They have a wonderful spa and a great restaurant for brunch.

This location has the perfect mixture of liveliness of nearby Pacific Beach and the quiet escape of the beautiful Mission Bay. Within 100 feet, the bay offers a leisure and tranquil day of fun in the sun. We are nearby the famous Catamaran hotel and it's lovely spa, and a quick stroll to the Mission Bay Aquatic Center. We are in the perfect mixture of peace and serenity, but with dozens of shops and restaurants within a 5 minutes walk.

The stunning location allows for the enjoyment of Sea World's fire works in the summer as well as the ease and access to all of San Diego's other beautiful sights and events. Welcome home!

This is a quiet neighborhood and is the perfect getaway for a relaxing vacation with the fun and excitement within reach. Quiet hours are after 10pm in which all must be off the patios with doors and windows closed if the fun is brought inside. Our neighborhood echoes and we respect all of our neighboring tenants. Parties or events of any kind are not allowed. Smoking on the property is prohibited. We have a strict no pet policy.
