Parking Extra Cars -
Each unit come with designated parking. Street parking can become tricky in the summer so always read the signs posted as street sweeping takes place almost every weekday (except Wednesdays) and some areas are limited to 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 2 hours. Ticketing cars is a frequent occurrence at the beach so be aware.
824 Sunset Court
Two Car Garage -
A small two car garage is provided with the rental. Sunset Court is a pedestrian street; you cannot access it with a car.
Take Mission Blvd north and pass Sunset Court and turn right down the next small alley (unmarked). Our place is the large three-story brown house on the right. You will see a blue sign above your garage saying “RESERVED PARKING – 824 Sunset Court”.
The garage is small and difficult to fit two cars, so you may want to have someone help guide you in. If your car is too long to fit in the garage, feel free to leave the garage door open and use it like a carport, this will not cause any problems.
The garage door code will be emailed to you in your welcome letter.

To find your garage, take Mission Blvd northbound and pass Seagirt Court and turn right down the next small alley (unmarked). If you hit Sunset Court you have gone too far. When this alley ends, turn left onto Bayside Lane. Our place is the large three-story brown house on the left. You will see a blue sign above your garage saying “RESERVED PARKING – 826½ Sunset Court”.

Tandem Parking Spot -
A small two car tandem spot is provided with the rental. Sunset Court is a pedestrian street; you cannot access it with a car.
